Hi I am a former student of Mayflower Primary School (1970’s)and now live in Auckland New Zealand. My current job is Sustainable schools advisor at Auckland Botanic Gardens where we teach composting, growing cultivation and other biodiversity subjects. So great to see the work you are achieving with waste management.

I could hook you up with another school in Auckland if you would like students to start a conversation about how they manage their litter or some special character NZ things. email me Look up the Botanic Gardens

      Hi there Pragna
How lovely to hear from you – and how lovely that you’ve remembered your old school!
We will certainly be getting touch to try and link the children up together to work on sustainability from opposite sides of the planet!
Thanks for taking the trouble to message us. We break up today for the summer holiday, but will be back in September ready to hook up!
      Take care
      All the best
      Mrs Boydon
      Deputy Head Teacher
